Comms
Comms
The communication router -- email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice and push behind one send seam: honestly queued, provider-accepted or failed, and delivered only with authenticated receipt evidence.
About
One communication router for any zero class. Five caller-facing rails (email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, push -- plus any owner-named rail) funnel through one core verb, comms._send, which appends an audit-outbox record and then delivers through the transport the owner bound for that rail: a channel/catalog provider (real POST), a signed JSON webhook to an https endpoint (banks, regulators, core systems), or DKIM-signed email via zmail. Nothing bound means the message stays honestly queued with zero network I/O; a provider failure is recorded as failed with the real reason -- never a fabricated send. The owner binds and tests rails from the Connections console and re-drives the queue with retry/drain.
